Emma is a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Professional, and practices as a Counseling Coach in Dallas, TX. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts and a Master of Science in Developmental Psychology.
Emma provides Art Therapy as a form of psychotherapy that uses creative processes such as drawing, painting, sculpting, and other forms of visual art to help individuals express emotions, manage stress, improve self-esteem, and explore their thoughts and feelings. Art Therapy provides a non-verbal outlet for people to process their experiences, which can be especially helpful for those who find it difficult to articulate their feelings through words.
